Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a special technique, in which you will learn a basic posture of letting go, patience, acceptation and mildness. This presents us with an interesting paradox: something changes, without the goal that something needs to be changed.
A part of the physical and mental pain which we experience exists due to the thoughts we have about it. In this course you will learn to be in the present, to accept thoughts and feelings without judgement. A part of the pain will thereby diminish.
Yoga exercises support this process. The method is accessible and builds the skills up. You can continue this meditation form at home.

The arrangements include all meals, unlimited access the thermal bath, relaxation area and all sauna facilities and reading materials. Daily morning yoga sessions (+/- 30 minutes) take place and later in the morning, a evaluation session is organised over the previous day (+/- 2 hours). In the evening, after dinner, there are meditation sessions (+/- 1.5 hours). The program is subject to change.

The mindfulness meditation will be given by Philip van der Linde, yoga and meditation teacher since 1988.

The price is exclusive tourist tax à € 0,60 p.p.p.n. and a possible single room surcharge of € 15,00 p.p.p.n. Weekendsurcharge is € 12,50 p.p.p.n.
