From Sunday until Friday you will follow a program which contains the use of super foods fruit- and vegetables juices, body movement with the help of Nordic Walking or regular walking, aqua fitness and active exercise in the fitness room.
Furthermore, we offer you an evening program, in which you will learn how to change your way of thinking. The cure is not focussing on yet another new diet, but a new way of life.
Even when your health problems are not caused by obesity, but for example by fatigue, burn-out, diabetics, a high blood pressure or high cholesterol, then a one week ‘Healthy, vital and slim’ will make a remarkable improvement to your health.
